When you submit our contact form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, project information, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

Our website and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, date and time of access, and information used to operate and secure the website.

  • Evaluate potential projects and communicate about our services.
  • Operate, maintain, improve, and protect the website.
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and contact-form technology

Our current contact form is provided by Pipedrive. We are also testing a native contact form that stores submitted information with our website hosting provider and uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security and bot prevention. These providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the form.

We do not currently use this website for behavioral advertising. If we add analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide consent choices where required.

How we share information

We may share information with vendors that help us host, operate, secure, and support the website or respond to inquiries, including Pipedrive, Cloudflare, our website hosting provider, and an email-delivery provider when notifications are enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain appropriate business records, provide services, and satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
